Curatorial readings
The face ceases to be a portrait and becomes a nervous cartography. Particles travel along its lines like impulses; eyes, cheeks and lips pulse as an almost imperceptible breath keeps the image alive.
Identity appears as a gravitational field. Planes of depth, liquid neon and drifting nebulae position the eyes and mouth as centres of attraction within a presence that never fully settles.
Geometry sheds its stillness and becomes a score. Columns, turquoise waves and violet planes move out of step, like an architecture rehearsing its own breath.
Three depths, watery reflections and mineral refractions turn the plane into space. The work does not illustrate a temple: it produces the physical sensation of advancing towards a submerged structure.
